Chris has been doing great home inspections for 80 per cent of my buyers here in Tuscaloosa .I really like how he talks with my buyers and provides pictures on most all issues that makes it easy for seller to see.
On all my sales I email 5-6 hm inspectors and cc my buyers to get quotes and times and also let them reach out to the home inspector if they wish to.
Chris is chosen probably 75-80 per cent of the time and I can't remember losing a sale the way he talks with client.
